SHARC Admission
Are there refunds for weather/incident related closures?
No... we wish we had a crystal ball to predict when something might happen such as a lightning storm or hazardous air quality due to wildfires.
For the safety of guests, all aquatics will be evacuated if there is lightning and remain closed until no thunder can be heard/seen for at least 30-40 minutes. Be sure to monitor local weather reports for potential storms and plan your visit accordingly.
In the event of hazardous air due to wildfire smoke, some recreational activities may shut down until air quality improves and is safe for staff and guests. THIS IS REQUIRED UNDER OREGON OSHA.

I want my vacation renters to have access to SHARC. What do I do?
SROA Recreation Plus cards are available to Sunriver property owners who either manage their own vacation rental home/condo or contract responsibilities to a property management company. The program offers vacation renters unlimited access to SHARC aquatics, disc golf, tennis & pickleball court reservations and the SROA boat launch. Owners must participate in this program on a 12-month basis regardless of when they join the program. This program does not include access to SHARC fitness, owner-only events, Hosmer living room/patio areas or Member Pool.
Recreation Plus cards are for use only by vacation rental tenants of the assigned property for access to SROA recreation facilities. The number of cards provided to a property owner is based on the occupancy limit of the house on file with the Deschutes County Assessor's office.
Anyone is welcome to also pay the general admission gate fee.
