   • 7-9am Daily & 10am-2pm Monday-Friday through November 24
   • 7-9am November 25-December 1 

Holiday Lap Swim
   • Thanksgiving Day: 7am-11:45am
   • Christmas Day: CLOSED
   • New Years Eve: 7am-11:45am
   • New Years Day: TBD

Must have the following for access:

• Valid SROA Membership Card 
• Valid SROA Recreation Guest Pass
• Valid Recreation Plus Program Card
• No general admission lap swim

FITNESS CENTER

• DAILY: 6am to 6pm

Holiday Hours

• 6am-11:45am only on the following holiday dates: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
• CLOSED Christmas Day
• 12pm-6pm New Year's Day

• WEDNESDAY: 8:15 - 9:05am Core Fusion; 9:15 - 10:05am Full Body Strength
• FRIDAY: 8:15 - 9:05am Cardio Strength Circuit; 9:15 - 10:05am Stretch, Release & Relax

AQUAFIT CLASSES
